We are pleased to announce the new management structure for the 2026 season.

We would like to share the following three messages from this year’s captains and vice-captain. 

Captain Kana Urata 

I will continue to serve as the captain this year. As team captain, I will approach this role with a sense of responsibility and resolve to lead the team in achieving four championships. I will never forget my gratitude to everyone who supports us, and I will strive to build a team loved by all, so we can share the best possible results with all of you. 
 
I hope you all look forward to seeing the Red Sparks and how we have evolved over the past year.  

Captain Akane Wada 

I have been appointed as Captain for this season. Our goal this year is to once again achieve a four-peat. This year the team is carrying the regret of falling just short of that goal last year, but we are united in our efforts to reach for the top. As captain, I will lead the team with responsibility and determination. We are thankful to everyone who supports us, and will achieve our best possible results this season.

Vice-Captain Shiho Kobayakawa 

I will continue to serve as vice-captain this year. Under the slogan "As One," the team will work hard to achieve the four crowns by acting for the sake of others and for the team.
