On Saturday, July 20, we held a hockey lesson at the Coca-Cola Red Sparks Hockey Stadium as part of the "Super Junior Development Program 2019" sponsored by the Hiroshima Sports Association.
*This program targets fifth and sixth graders with good physical ability who have passed a trial (player screening).
Unfortunately, it was raining on that day, but the children were cheerful and energetic, working hard on hockey.
They were quick learners of hockey skills, and we learned a lot from them as well.
They played a heated mini-game with passionate cheers from parents, and at the end of the game, many of them said, “It was fun!”, “I want to do it again!”
Coca-Cola Red Sparks Hockey Team will continue to work on promoting the sport, showing children how fun it is!
