On March 23 (Sat), at Oyabe Hockey Field in Toyama Prefecture, this year’s first Hockey Clinic was held.
In spite of the cold day, 65 students gathered from middle and high schools in Oyabe City and participated in the event cheerfully.
In the clinic, participants were divided into 5 places, where they did the practice menu that Head Coach Hawgood created including shooting and one-on-one practice in an about 20 minutes interval rotation.
The Red Sparks players showed examples to the children so that they will be able to improve their skills, and gave advise to them on important points.
Coca-Cola Red Sparks Hockey Club will continue to work on to communicate the joy of hockey as well as treasure opportunities to interact with local citizens through this kind of activities.
