This year’s 3rd Hockey Clinic was held on Sept. 15 (Sat) on the hockey grounds (artificial turf) of Green Land Mizuho in Kyoto. The weather was not very clear, but almost 70 elementary and junior high school students of Kyotamba Town participated with much vigor.
During the Clinic, a communication game called the human puzzle ring preceded the hockey practice, where children had to work together to solve the puzzle ring.
Moving on to hockey, children broke out into different groups to practice hockey skills and work with one another, followed by a dribbling competition among 7 teams including 6 teams comprised of elementary & junior high students and the Red Sparks team.
The race required teams to lift the ball and cooperate with the members to push the ball to the goal, which was somewhat difficult for elementary schoolers, but they did their best and had great fun!

Through such activities, Coca-Cola Red Sparks Hockey Team will continue to convey the fun of hockey and contribute to the local communities.
